Payments and bookings are arranged directly between the pet owner and the pet sitter.
The platform does not process payments, set any prices or take commission for the pet sitting services.
What is Boarding?
Boarding means that a pet stays overnight (or for multiple days) at the pet sitter's home while the owner is away — for example, during a vacation or a work trip.
What is Day Care?
Day care means that a pet is dropped off at the sitter's home (or a facility) during the day and picked up again in the evening — similar to how child day care works.
What is House Sitting?
House sitting means that the pet sitter comes to stay at the owner's home while the owner is away — rather than the pet going to the sitter's home.
This is the key difference from boarding: the pet stays in its own familiar environment, which is often less stressful for the animal.
What are House Visits?
A pet sitter visits your home one or more times per day to provide care without staying overnight.
What is Dog Walking?
A dog walker picks up your dog (often from your home), takes it for a walk, and returns it home afterward.
Visit frequency and duration is discussed between the pet owner and the pet sitter.
Listing Management
How do free ads work?
All ads on our platform are free to post. Each listing stays active for a set period, after which it automatically expires and moves into draft status.
If you still need your ad, you can easily renew it for free at any time while it’s in draft.
This allows you to keep your listing active without having to create a new one.
What are Bump Ups?
When an ad is bumped up, the system updates the ad's date. If the default Search Results Sort by option is set to "Most Relevant" or "Newest" and the ad is regular (not promoted), it will appear at the top of regular ads.
Bump Ups are manually done by the user at any chosen time.
What are Promoted ads?
If the ad is promoted, it will be displayed and highlighted at the top of promoted listings from the same category before regular ads.
Promoted ads renew themselves based on the selected package specifics and this feature places them before older promoted ads which haven't renewed yet.
If a package is purchased via the "promote" button from an ad, that ad will automatically be promoted once the package is paid.
If a package is purchased via the "Promote Packages" button from the user panel then the user needs to select which ad they want to promote.
